We got our truck back out NewYears Eve In Plaster City. We have a new body on the truck we hope you like it! Fiberwerx donated the paint job for us so Thank You Fiberwerx! We also want to Thank Tony Cortez of True Line for his Prep on the truck.
We had an eventful race. We were first off the line with Tony Cortez in the driver seat. We were really going fast the first lap, but had an unfortunate oil leak at the end of lap one. Thankfully we were able to fix that in the pits. The end of Lap two we filled up with oil again, switched drivers to Frank Thing fueled up and were off and running again. Didin't get too far this time though, as we had a flat tire about a mile from our Pit. Thank you Matt Cortez, Tyler Poppert, and Shannon Dierkop for bringing our pre-runner out and putting on the spare so we were able to start going again. Unfortunatley at this time our power steering went out, leaving the truck pretty hard to steer. The steering wheel would yank out of Franks hands leaving his hands swollen, and bruised. With no power steering the corners were rough, End of Lap 3 we didn't have an amber light but were able to hook up our spare one. Also, broke a steering cable  but we were able to continue on our way... All the way to the finish line. Finishing 1st in Class & fast lap!
